GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

All of our ink cartridges are manufactured in an ISO-9002 facility and all of our products are 100% guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from date of shipment. No returns will be accepted, or refunds issued for any reason after 90 days. There is no Warranty or Guarantee against consequential damages.

If a product is defective, or we have made a shipping error, we will replace it at no charge to you, and we will arrange for a pickup for the defective product at our expense.

If you have incorrectly ordered a product or wish to return a non-defective product, you must pay for return shipping, and we will credit back your card with 85% of the original purchase price, as you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please call or email for a Return Authorization before returning any product.

We do not accept returns of opened, non-defective products.
