All of our ink cartridges are manufactured in an ISO-9002 facility and all of our products are 100% guaranteed to for a period of ninety (90) days from date of shipment. No returns will be accepted, or refunds issued for any reason after 90 days. There is no Warranty or Guarantee against consequential damages.

If a product is defective, or we have made a shipping error, we will replace it at no charge to you, and we will arrange for a pickup for the defective product at our expense.

If you have incorrectly ordered a product or wish to return a non-defective product, just return it to us, including your name, address, and order number (if possible) or other information to let us find your original order. We will provide a refund, or allow you credit at your choice.
